1. My argument :
I want to argue that the exercise has positive effects on human. Many scientists said that doing exercise has a lot of impacts on human. I want to show the impacts especially on human brain.
2. How I found my argument :
While finding some research questions, I learned about the physical effects of exercise on human body in class. But at that time, I did not know about the psychological impacts. Thus, I want to know about the impacts of exercise on the mental things : 'mind' 'brain' . Then I asked teacher " Is this qualified for my topic?"
and he said "Yes, sure. " So I choose it.
3. New research questions
a) There are some opponents who says exercise only effects on human body, then why they think like that?
b) Is there any clinical demonstrations on humans? (I found the trials that is only on animals).
c) How can I prove the effectiveness of exercise? (Using statistics or Examples)
4. Connections to the Harvard Sampler :
Exercise has a lot of effects not only on the body part but also on the brain part. Plus it can be the treatment of mental diseases. And the human brain also means human mind. Therefore, it can be connected to "Human mind"
