Classical argument outline :
1. The introduction
I'll start the introduction by explaining the relationship between human and exercise . Then I will explain the impacts of exercise on human. Also I will end my intro with my thesis : Doing exercise has positive effects on human mind.
2. The Narration
I will give the information about how exercise affects on human brain? And I'll explain the basic structure of brain. this phenomenon is abstract so It is hard to reader to understand my argument without basic information of brain. Also I'll give the exact principle or theory about impacts of exercise.
3. The Confirmation
I'll examine the strong points of doing exercise. Then I will explain how exercise affects on human brain. Then I'll give the principles or examples of the effects of exercise.
4. The refutation and concession :
Some will say that the exercise only enhance the physical ability not the mental ability.
It is the fact that the main effects of exercise is physical things,but It also helps enhance the ability of brain.
5. The summation :
I want to tell the readers what will happen on the brain when we exercise. Also,I want to tell them that doing exercise can help to cure some mental diseases. And I will end with my thesis.
