Until now people have lived with exercise. Exercise has acted as essential part to living for human. Also, exercise has influenced on human for a long time. People know that doing exercise help to enhance the physical ability of human. However, I think that exercise also affects on human mind. Though, there are some opponents who say that doing exercise only helps enhance the physical ability not the mental ability, I strongly argue that exercise has positive influences on human mind. 

Actually, a lot of people know that exercise has a lot of effects on human body. People can use the energy by doing exercise. Also,  Exercising prevents many diseases such as arthritis, and aging process. Therefore,  Many people learn and do the exercise. However, There are also a lot of studies that doing exercise can enhance the memorial ability. Especially, It can be the method that prevents the Alzheimer. It is the reason why the exercise makes gene expression which enhances neurogenesis, blood flow, and neuronal resistance to injury, specifically in the hippocampus.
The hippocampus is crucial for learning and memory storage. Animal research already has shown that the exercise affects positively on the neural systems associated with memory.

Not only the studies about memorial ability, there are still a number of studies that prove positive effects of exercise on human brain. According to an article, Doing exercise positively impacts neural systems associated with learning. Therefore It leads to faster learning. By the experiments about monkeys, Judy Cameron knows that Regardless of the age of the monkeys, Cameron's group discovered that the monkeys on the running regimen learned new things twice as fast as the sedentary animals. 

Also there is one more effect : Self control. A review of 24 different studies on the effects of exercise on self-control, found that a short bout provides an immediate boost to self-control. Although regular exercise did not show an effect on self-control, a period of moderate exercise did allow people to take better control of themselves.


I've already said that doing exercise has strong impacts on human. It helps enhance the physical and mental ability. It will be much  helpful  if you know about the brain constitution, especially  hippocampus.

And There are a lot of effects of exercise. For example, Many scientists and doctors studied the impacts of exercise on human mind. They found twenty wonderful effects.
If people exercise constantly, they can reduce anxiety and stress, and escape a bad mood such as depression, and control themselves more easily, and stimulate brain cell growth. and also ensure the deep sleep. Surprisingly, doing exercise can prevent lots of diseases such as Alzheimer and migraine. These result and studies make we feel effects of exercise in our bones. And we can know the fact that doing exercise leads us to be happier.

Although there are a lot of studies that prove my arguments, there are some opponents who argue that doing exercise only effects on human body not the brain.
They are saying that how physical activity can affects the inner organization called brain. And also they use the saying that the men who exercise a lot are cool but fool.
However, I insist that the exercise can effects on human brain. I've already said that doing exercise trigger the gene expression that is associated with hippocampus which enhance the memory power. Also the saying that the men who exercise a lot are cool but foo is just a a prejudice and generalization. And I mean basic moderate exercise not the professional sports.


Also I want to insist that always there are some exception.

People have exercised for a long time. And Unconsciously they have been influenced by doing exercise.
 Until now,most people exercise a lot.  And I am one of the people who enjoy doing exercise such as running, playing basket ball, and so on. Also I am influenced by exercise. So I really want to spread the effects of exercise and benefits of exercise. The exercise has a lot of effects on human body and brain. Especially brain, It helps to enhance the memorial ability, learning ability. Also doing exercise help people to escape the bad moods. Even, doing exercise can prevent a lot of diseases such as Alzheimer. Nowadays, It become the method to treat some diseases.
However, some says that the exercise effects on only body. It is true that doing exercise has main impacts on body, but there are also effects on brain,too. However, Doing exercise has huge impacts on human brain. It can make people happier.
